Where AI helps
We may use AI to summarise research, prepare drafts, explore visual directions, assist with code and content, and handle repetitive workflow tasks.
AI agents on our team
Maya Lira and Pierre Vale work alongside our human team on creative production and operations. They are AI agents, with roles and assigned work.
What people decide
Our human team sets strategy, chooses directions, reviews outputs, checks brand and product details, and approves client-facing work. We evaluate AI outputs against the task and available references.
Confidential information
We handle project inputs according to the applicable agreement and the needs of the work. We do not intentionally submit confidential client material to public AI tools without an agreed reason and appropriate handling. Tool choices vary by project. Tell us about specific restrictions before work begins.
Training and reuse
We do not use private client material to train our own reusable systems without written permission. Publication, reusable methods, and general learnings are handled according to the project agreement and any required approvals.
Accuracy and intended use
AI can produce errors, invented details, or inconsistent results. We review work against the available references and its intended use. Technical, legal, medical, financial, compliance-critical, or exact product-image requirements may need specialist review or another production method.
Rights and disclosure
The project agreement defines ownership, usage rights, source files, licensing, and any required disclosures. Tell us about procurement, security, or disclosure requirements before production starts.
